At Jang Eun FnC, we highly value your privacy rights and comply with privacy rules in Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection and Privacy Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC). Jang Eun FnC explains the purpose of using the personal data you have provided and how we use them, and which measures are taken to protect your personal data in this Privacy Policy.

Article 5. Personal data retention and usage period

Jang Eun FnC retains your personal data we’ve collected between the moment you sign up and the moment you terminate your membership (when you request membership termination). Upon termination of your membership, your data will be discarded immediately in a secure and irrecoverable manner (and for data provided to a third party, we instruct the third party to discard the data in the same manner). In the following subparagraphs, however, we retain your personal data for the period specified.

Article 6. Using data for other purposes and provision of data to third parties

Jang Eun FnC uses your personal data within the scope we’ve notified you in XXX, and does not use the data for other purposes, nor provide the data to other companies or agencies.

Article 7. Outsourcing of personal data processing

Jang Eun FnC processes your personal data internally. However, we may outsource processing of your personal data to provide improved services to you.

Jang Eun FnC appoints the Privacy Officer who manages your personal data to protect your personal data and handle complaints regarding personal data. We also have a window where you can voice your opinion and make complaints regarding your personal data. For inquiries and complaints about your personal data, contact the Privacy Officer using the contact information below. We’ll take immediate action and notify you of the results.
