JANG EUN FnC CO., LTD. (CEO: Eun-jeong Jang) won the Industrial Packaging Award at the 47th National Productivity Awards.

Hosted by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Resources and organized by the Korea Productivity Center, the event took place on October 31st at the International Conference Hall of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Seoul. JANG EUN FnC CO., LTD. was honored for its achievement in "Smart Heatwear Market Domination through ICT Convergence Design Product Research".

CEO Eun-jeong Jang, with over 25 years of practical experience in the sports and outdoor clothing industry, developed heat and temperature control clothing technologies through years of ICT convergence design product research, leading to the launch of innovative new business models and products.

Based on years of technological innovation, JANG EUN FnC CO., LTD. specializes in smart wearables and safety clothing, possessing planning and design capabilities for new business models and innovative new product designs through C&D-based Open Innovation for ICT-converged smart clothing development and commercialization.

Especially, through the application of design technology related to heat and temperature control clothing, they succeeded in commercialization, with excellent capabilities in smart clothing business, ensuring safety through performance analysis and certification.

Moreover, by utilizing domestic manufacturing infrastructure and maintaining product commercialization, they have cooperated with trust and quality as the foundation, continuously innovating and striving to dominate the smart heatwear market.

Through production and management innovation activities, they identified the causes of defective products, prioritizing safety in development.

With the recognition of the necessity of certification in the field of smart clothing, they have been continuously proposing to the Korea Standards Development Institute, and since 2021, they have been working on the development of international standards for wearable and wireless electronic heating products in collaboration with the national accredited certification body (KOTITI).

Additionally, they improved issues such as electromagnetic radiation and the problem of carbon wire-based surface heating elements (improving spikes caused by wire bending and addressing fire hazards), as well as improving charging problems caused by contact failure in the module between the battery and the heating element.

They operate welfare programs for the improvement of employee quality of life, ensuring stability and reliability by providing their own regulations based on compliance with labor laws and regulations, and the CEO conducts consultations on employee concerns and work contents quarterly, adjusting opinions and work accordingly.

Through this, both sides listen to each other's interests and concerns, seek cooperative solutions, and reflect them in the company's management.
